To reward you for your loyalty, Caudalie created the MYCAUDALIE programme in May 2013. This exclusive programme, available solely online allows you to receive free products, access tailor-made beauty advice and be the first to enjoy promotional offers!

Your MYCAUDALIE points enable you to redeem free gifts. From 100 points, you have access to the first level of gifts.

With your purchases:

If you buy products or Spa Vouchers on the caudalie.com website or in Caudalie Boutique SPAs, points will automatically be attributed to your account for each product purchased.

If you buy products in our authorised sales outlets, you can earn points with all facial products that come in a box (excluding gift sets). You just need to enter the unique 10 or 11 character code you will find inside the box on your account (limited to 10 unique codes per month).

For your birthday:

As a MYCAUDALIE member and if you fill in your date of birth, we will give you 30 points on your birthday (100 points if you are a VIP member!).

Skin Analysis:

You can earn 20 MYCAUDALIE points when you complete your online skin diagnosis. Points will be credited only once per customer.

By leaving a review:

Receive 5 MYCAUDALIE points for each review you leave on our website, on the condition that you use the same email address as that of your MYCAUDALIE account, and your review is approved.
• Each product can be the subject of one review which earns points per each 4-month period.
• You can earn up to 150 points per each 12-month period by leaving reviews for different products.
• Benefit reserved for MYCAUDALIE members who have made at least one purchase (in Spa Boutique, on caudalie.com, or at a retail point).

There are two ways to register your loyalty code: by scanning the QR Code or entering it manually.

How to scan your code?

1- Take your mobile phone.

2- Open the Camera app.

3- Point the back camera of your phone and hold still (avoid being too close or too far:  the image must be sharp).

4- When the QR Code is detected, a notification or link appears on the screen.

5- Click on this link.

6- You will be automatically redirected to the Caudalie website.

7- Log in to your MyCaudalie account or create one using your email address.

8- Your loyalty code will be added automatically.

How to enter your code manually?

1- Inside your packaging, next to the QR Code, you will find a series of letters and numbers: this is your loyalty code.

2- Go to the Caudalie website using your mobile phone, tablet or computer.

3- Log in to your MyCaudalie account on our website or create one with your email address.

4- Go to the “Register a loyalty code” section in your account.

5- Enter the code in the dedicated field, respecting capital letters, then click “Validate”.

6- Your loyalty code will be added automatically.

Common Errors

If the QR Code does not scan, check the following:

Camera settings: make sure QR Code detection is enabled in your settings.

- On most phones, this option is found in Settings > Camera.

Enable the “Scan QR Codes” option if it is disabled.

Image quality: clean your camera lens and ensure lighting is sufficient.

Distance and stability: hold your phone still and adjust the distance so the QR Code is sharp.

Feel free to tap the QR Code to focus the camera directly on it.

Manual Entry:

Uppercase letters “O”, “I”, “G” may be confused with digits 0, 1 and 6.

Two “VV” may be confused with the letter “W”.

The number of points awarded per product is indicated on the website in the product description page of each product. The number of points depends on the value of the product.

Spa face or body treatments in the Caudalie Boutique Spas earn the following points.

1 30-minute treatment = 40 points
1 50-minute treatment = 90 points
1 80-minute treatment = 130 points
