You may return products ordered from www.caudalie.com within 14 days of delivery. The returned product must be new, unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by any free items received.

To make a return:

1. Log in to your customer account at www.caudalie.com

2. Go to the My orders section

3. Select the relevant order, click on the RETURN button and select the product(s) to be returned.

4. Download and print the return form

5. Place it in your parcel You can also download, print and complete the withdrawal form.

6. Send your parcel to the following address:

Orders without a return form will not be processed. Return postage costs remain your responsibility.

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a Caudalie-approved stockist. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.

Don’t worry, if all or part of the order is not what you wanted, you have a 14-day cancellation period following receipt of the products. Returns are applicable for products received in a good condition. Products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable. Refunds will be made on the products and initial delivery charge to the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs incurred for product returns will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made an average of 30 days following receipt of your package.

You have 14 days to indicate your withdrawal of an order. You then have 14 days to send the consignment back to us. As soon as we receive the package, you will be reimbursed within 14 days maximum.
