You have a question? Our FAQ gathers all essential information about our classes, studio, and booking system.
We offer a wide variety of yoga styles (Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Rocket, Ashtanga, Kundalini), as well as Pilates and fitness (mat Pilates, Kalon Barre, Body Enhancement, TRX). All classes are open to all levels.
Hatha, Slow Flow, or Iyengar are ideal for learning the basics. All teachers adapt their classes to your level so you can progress confidently.
TRX is suitable for beginners, with adjustments made according to fitness level. However, it is not recommended during pregnancy; we offer specific prenatal classes better suited to the needs of expectant mothers.
No, yoga develops flexibility, it doesn't require it. Everyone progresses at their own pace, respecting their body.
Yes, but it's important to inform the instructor before the session so they can adapt the postures and ensure your safety. If you have a specific medical condition, a medical opinion is recommended.

Our sessions take place in small groups to guarantee attentive and personalized guidance. Yoga classes accommodate up to 20 participants, while Pilates and TRX classes are limited to 8 to 10 people.
