When the skin is exposed to the sun, reapply the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ every 2 hours and avoid the sun between 12pm and 4pm. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Wear a T-shirt, sunglasses and a hat while being exposed to the sun.

Our suncare products have filters that provide high protection against UVA rays, which can stain clothes. It is best to allow your sunscreen to dry before getting dressed, and in the event of a stain, apply a stain and grease remover before washing the garment on a low-temperature cycle.

  • 5. What is the difference between UVA and UVB rays?

    Ultraviolet (UV) rays are invisible rays emitted by the sun that can penetrate the skin. The name of the UV rays depends on their wavelength.
    On average, UV rays consist of 90% UVA and 10% UVB rays:
    - UVA rays (reminder: UVA = Age) are the longest and most dangerous rays. They are largely responsible for skin ageing and can even be carcinogenic in the event of overexposure.
    - UVB rays (reminder: UVB = Burn) are the rays responsible for tanning but also for sunburn.
    Good sun protection must protect against these two types of radiation: this is what is known as "broad-spectrum" (UVA + UVB) sun protection.

    Stings eyes!

    I really liked this cream but unfortunately it stings my eyes and makes them watery, so I had to avoid it.

    Doesn’t leave a greasy shine

    I’ve tried so many different sun protection creams for my face over the years and nearly all of them leave my face shiny or white. Not this cream. It is light, genuinely invisible and after a couple of hours wear my face isn’t greasy or shiny.

    Not impressed

    I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately I can't get past the unpleasant initial fragrance. It's has a vague smell of cheesey vomit when squeezing the product out of the tube. Once applied to the skin (back of my hand for now) the smell seems to change for the better. The texture and how it applies to the skin is very nice and does not leave a sheen on the skin like the fluid spf, but I can't get past the unpleasant initial fragrance and the want to put this on my face.
