When the skin is exposed to the sun, reapply the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ every 2 hours and avoid the sun between 12pm and 4pm. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Wear a T-shirt, sunglasses and a hat while being exposed to the sun.

Our suncare products have filters that provide high protection against UVA rays, which can stain clothes. It is best to allow your sunscreen to dry before getting dressed, and in the event of a stain, apply a stain and grease remover before washing the garment on a low-temperature cycle.

  • 1. From what age can the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ be used?

    The Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ is suitable for the whole family, including children and babies from 6 months, when sun exposure is unavoidable.
    Formulated with high‑performance organic filters, our suncare products provide effective protection while suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
    As children’s and babies’ skin is especially delicate and vulnerable, additional sun precautions are essential: stay in the shade, wear protective clothing and use appropriate sun protection accessories.
    Our suncare products complement these precautions but do not replace them.
    Reapply every 2 hours. Apply before each sun exposure and avoid sun exposure between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.

    Yes, the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ is water-resistant.

  • 3. Is the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ non-comedogenic?

    Yes, we have conducted tests under the supervision of a dermatologist to prove that the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ is non-comedogenic. It has been specially formulated to provide optimum protection without clogging pores.

  • 4. Does the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ leave a white finish on application?

    No, the Very High Protection Cream SPF50+ does not leave a white finish on the skin during and after application. Its texture absorbs quickly and lastingly hydrates your skin without leaving a greasy film.

  • 5. What is the difference between UVA and UVB rays?

    Ultraviolet (UV) rays are invisible rays emitted by the sun that can penetrate the skin. The name of the UV rays depends on their wavelength.
    On average, UV rays consist of 90% UVA and 10% UVB rays:
    - UVA rays (reminder: UVA = Age) are the longest and most dangerous rays. They are largely responsible for skin ageing and can even be carcinogenic in the event of overexposure.
    - UVB rays (reminder: UVB = Burn) are the rays responsible for tanning but also for sunburn.
    Good sun protection must protect against these two types of radiation: this is what is known as "broad-spectrum" (UVA + UVB) sun protection.

    Absolute must have for me!

    I have tried a lot of face sun creams and this one is by far the best. It goes on like a silky moisturiser, there’s no white cast, it leaves a beautiful plump sheen to the skin and it does not pill under make up. It doesn’t sting my eyes which a few sun creams have done in the past and it protects me from the sun. It also has a excellent rating on the Yuka app.

    Decent Protection, Slightly Oily Finish

    This sunscreen does an okay job overall. It provides decent protection and doesn’t irritate my skin, which is a plus. However, it feels a bit oily after application, especially in warmer weather, and can leave a slight shine on the face. It’s not terrible, but not the best option if you prefer a more lightweight or matte finish. I’d say it’s fine for everyday use, but there are better alternatives out there.

    I have been using this on my face for a number of years now and love it. We go away during the very hot months and my face feels completely comfortable all day. Definitely recommend it

    Stings eyes!

    I really liked this cream but unfortunately it stings my eyes and makes them watery, so I had to avoid it.

    Doesn’t leave a greasy shine

    I’ve tried so many different sun protection creams for my face over the years and nearly all of them leave my face shiny or white. Not this cream. It is light, genuinely invisible and after a couple of hours wear my face isn’t greasy or shiny.

    Not impressed

    I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately I can't get past the unpleasant initial fragrance. It's has a vague smell of cheesey vomit when squeezing the product out of the tube. Once applied to the skin (back of my hand for now) the smell seems to change for the better. The texture and how it applies to the skin is very nice and does not leave a sheen on the skin like the fluid spf, but I can't get past the unpleasant initial fragrance and the want to put this on my face.
