Not very happy
I bought three of these (two for me and one for my sister), I was really looking forward to using them. But they get so stuck in the base, it’s a struggle to even use. Then when it does come out, it’s that hard that it take a little pressure to melt onto your lip, and that’s just before the balm pops back down into the base because it’s now decided that you don’t need to use it. All that effort for it to last 5 seconds and then nothing be on your lips. Myself and my sister are disappointed!

I must’ve bought hundreds of these over the years because it’s simply the best. Moisturising comforting and soothing. No strong taste and you can put it all around the lips - an absolute must have love it!

The Best, BUT!
I have been using this lip conditioner for years--I buy several tubes on my trips to France. In every corner of my life, you will find a tube of this lip conditioner. However! I do wish they would omit the fragrance from this product. The fragrance is slightly irritating, and dangerous to human health. I would love to see Caudalie release a cleaner, fragrance free version of this otherwise perfect product!
