No. We do not recommend using products that contain essential oils if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.2. Can you go out in the sun after using Beauty Elixir?
No. Beauty Elixir contains essential oils and alcohol that may be photosensitizing.3. Can you use Beauty Elixir if you have acne-prone skin?
Yes. It is suitable for acne-prone skin and offers a purifying action with its essential oils. If you suffer from maskne, you can even spray it on your mask before putting it on.4. There is a layer of oil on the surface, is this normal?
Yes. Beauty Elixir is composed of distilled plant water and essential oils. The droplets of essential oils are suspended on the surface. Do not forget to shake it well before use.5. Can Beauty Elixir be used on sensitive skin?

Beautifully scented indulgence
I adore this spray. It smells divine. I first discovered it during a Caudalie spa facial and the scent brings back that feeling of indulgence and relaxation. It is very calming and soothing on my skin and particularly lovely straight from the fridge in hot weather. I have tried using it to set make up as suggested and not found it particularly effective at this but that isn't why I bought it. I have very poor thermoregulation and hyperhydrosis due to my medication and this helps cool my skin a little. It is lovely used as a toner or cooling mist in summer or on sensitive, red and hot skin.

Can work as a makeup setting spray
It smells really nice, and the sprayer is wonderful. But to be honest, this product is not my cup of tea overall. I have dry sensitive skin and the abundance of irritating ingredients is making my skin all tingly and uncomfortable. Bad alcohol is one of the first ingredients, then comes a bunch of irritating essential oils. The only use case I can sort of see for this product is as a makeup setting spray.
